Return and Refund Policy

Choose very carefully, as once you have chosen and paid for your product it is a non returnable item.  The course material is Intellectual Property protected, but once you have access to it we are unable to provide a full refund.  

As the course material is released upon your subscription - Your subscription is a contracted period of 12 months.  This provides you with access to purchase actual materials, products and course material.  

Course purchase provides access to proprietary materials that the intellectual property remains the property of the course designer.  Once access to the material is granted the full fee is considered to be payable with no refund available.  

The only acceptable reason for a partial refund is if the course you gain access to is not the course you purchased.  Partial refund would be less 50% course costs for  administration, investigation fee, associated time and consideration expenses. 

investigation usually take approximately 30 days. If the partial refund is considered appropriate after the investigation you will be notified and funds would be returned to the payment method used to pay for the course or a negotiated alternative payment method.
